Built for cold starts and the two hours after them.
The fabric is brushed on the inside, which is the technical way of saying it's soft in there and it holds the heat. It breathes, too, so the climb doesn't turn it into a sauna. Slim fit, cut close so nothing flaps when the pace picks up.
Full-length zip with a flap behind it to keep the wind out, and a lock slider that stays exactly where you left it. Elastic cuffs. Three rear pockets, which has always been the right number.
The line-work comes from ancient rock engravings in a valley in northern Italy, where people spent a few thousand years cutting symbols and stars into the stone. We redrew those prehistoric carvings in grey over off-white. Purple on the logo and across the chest, yellow on the script and behind the zip.
