SHIPPING POLICY
Couriers
We ship worldwide using tracked couriers. FedEx is our primary international carrier.
Warehouses & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from one of our two warehouses, depending on product
availability and destination:
- Europe: Via Gobetti, 4 BIS – 20090 Caleppio di Settala (MI), Italy
- USA: Cycle Source Logistics, 2105 SE 5th Street, Ames, IA 50010
Delivery Times
- Italy: 3–5 working days
- Rest of world: 4–10 working days
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on eligible orders over €150 / $150 to destinations in the
European Union and the United States. Offer only eligible for apparel, accessories, racewear, and bartapes.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Tariffs
Shipping costs DO NOT include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage
fees, or any other charges levied by the destination country.
For all orders shipped outside the European Union (and for orders shipped from
our European warehouse to the United States), the customer is solely responsible
for paying any and all such charges due upon delivery. These amounts are
determined by the destination country's customs authority and are entirely
outside of Cinelli Milano's control.
We strongly encourage customers outside the EU to check their country's import
rules and estimated duty rates before placing an order. By placing an order,
the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for these charges.
Refused Shipments and Returns Due to Unpaid Duties
If a shipment is refused at delivery, or is returned to us because the customer
has not paid the required customs duties or import fees, the following applies:
- We will attempt to contact the customer to give them the option to pay the
duties and accept delivery before the parcel is returned. We will wait a
reasonable period for a response before authorizing the carrier to return
the goods.
- Once a parcel is returned to us, the following costs will be deducted from
the order refund:
• Return shipping charges
• Customs holding, clearance, and administrative fees charged by the
carrier (e.g. FedEx ancillary clearance service fees)
• Any duties, VAT, or stamp duty incurred by Cinelli Milano on the
return leg
• Original outbound shipping cost, if the order qualified for free
shipping
- If these costs equal or exceed the value of the order, no refund will be
issued.
- The product itself will be refunded only once it has been received back at
our warehouse and inspected.
This policy does not affect the customer's statutory rights of withdrawal under
EU consumer law for orders placed within the European Union, where applicable.
