Terms of service
Supplier: GRUPPO SRL, Via G. Vittorio 21, 20049 Caleppio di Settala (MI), Italy (“Supplier”), operates the cinelli-milano.com website. These Terms may be updated at any time, and changes take effect from the date they are published on the website.
1. Subject Matter of the Service
cinelli-milano.com provides an e-commerce platform that allows customers to browse and purchase clothing, accessories, and related products (“Products”). Purchases require registration and acceptance of these Terms. Products sold through the website are intended exclusively for personal use and not for professional or commercial purposes, including resale or other business-related activity.
2. Nature of the Relationship and Non-Applicability of Consumer Protection Laws
Consumer protection laws apply only to Buyers who purchase Products for personal use unrelated to their professional activity. Purchases made using a VAT number or for professional purposes are excluded from consumer protections.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Euros (VAT included) or in USD (sales tax excluded where applicable). Prices may change at any time, including multiple times per day. The price displayed in the checkout process at the moment the order is submitted is the valid price.
4. Payment Options
Accepted payment methods include Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Payments are processed through the respective payment providers.
5. Acceptance of Purchase Orders
Orders are subject to availability and explicit acceptance by the Supplier. A purchase is considered accepted only when the Buyer receives a confirmation email stating that the order has been accepted, payment authorized, and the Products are available. If the Buyer does not receive a confirmation email, they should contact the Supplier. Orders that exceed availability limits cannot be processed. Each order receives a unique order number showing the date, product details, charges, and total amount. Any changes to these Terms are valid only if accepted in writing by the Supplier.
6. Methods of Delivery
Products are shipped ex works via FedEx or another courier. Shipping costs and related charges appear in the order confirmation and invoice. Upon delivery, the Buyer must check package integrity, quantity, and correspondence with shipping documents. Any discrepancies must be noted on the courier’s delivery documentation; otherwise, related rights may be forfeited.
7. Approximate Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days within Europe and 7–15 business days for international destinations. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier conditions and destination.
8. Right of Cancellation
Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. If the Supplier fails to provide required pre-contractual information, the withdrawal period is extended to three months. The right of withdrawal applies only to end consumers purchasing for personal use.
8.1 Exclusions
The right of cancellation does not apply to customized or made-to-order Products; items that cannot be returned due to their nature or risk deterioration; newspapers, magazines, or periodicals; or services already performed with the Buyer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends.
8.2 How to Exercise the Right of Cancellation
To withdraw, the Buyer must email storeonline@cinelli.it within the withdrawal period and include:
(1) the order number,
(2) a clear statement of withdrawal (full or partial),
(3) the codes and descriptions of the items being returned,
(4) a copy of the purchase document, and
(5) the Buyer’s bank details if needed for the refund.
Incomplete requests are invalid. After verifying the request, the Supplier will issue a DDR return authorization number. Products must be returned within 15 days of receiving the DDR to:

The DDR number must be clearly displayed on the parcel. Return shipping costs and risks are borne by the Buyer. Returned Products must be intact, unused, and in their original internal and external packaging. Damaged or incomplete items will be returned to the Buyer at their expense. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible following inspection.
9. Product Warranties
Manufacturer warranty terms apply to all Products. The Supplier is not responsible for warranty conditions determined by the manufacturer or for limitations beyond its direct control.
10. Guarantees Given by the Buyer
The Buyer guarantees that all personal data provided are accurate and allow proper identification. The Buyer must maintain confidentiality of their username and password, as any order placed using these credentials will be considered valid and binding. The Buyer must promptly update the Supplier regarding any changes to their personal information and must provide a valid email address for communications.
11. Limitations of Liability
Product information is based on manufacturer data. The Supplier is not responsible for discrepancies between published specifications and delivered Products. The Supplier is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or performance issues caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, except where attributable to proven negligence or serious fault.
12. Electronic Communications
The Buyer agrees to receive all order-related communications electronically via email or web service. The Supplier may issue invoices electronically. An invoice is considered received once it reaches the Buyer’s registered email address and no later than five days after transmission. Electronic invoices are valid for tax purposes only when printed.
13. Cost of Using Means of Communication at a Distance
Any internet connection costs incurred by the Buyer are their responsibility and depend on their service provider.
14. Vouchers
Newsletter signup promotional vouchers are not applicable to framesets or bikes and cannot be combined with other offers. Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with any other active promotions, including vouchers, bundles, combos, or discounts of any kind.
