CINELLI MECHANIC'S JACKET

Workwear first, cycling second, and then both at once. The Mechanic's Jacket is cut from 300gsm heavyweight cotton and sewn in Italy, with a proper collar, buttons up the front, two chest pockets and two side pockets. The back opens with a central vent, so the fabric moves with you when you get out of the saddle instead of fighting back, and perforated gussets under the arms give you the reach and airflow a normal work jacket never bothered with. Regular fit, built to get dirty.

Flying C patch. The real deal, pulled straight from our archive. The flying C was stitched onto the uniforms of the people who worked for Cinelli, so this isn't just a logo, it's basically a staff badge. Wear it like you've got a shift to clock in for.

Yellow Cinelli patch. The yellow Cinelli logo from the Supercorsa, the racing bike Cino Cinelli designed in the early 1950s and one we still handcraft today. Seventy-plus years of Italian racing heritage, now sewn onto a jacket you're allowed to spill coffee on.

Dog patch. He comes from the Cinelli Vamos, our 1990s mountain bike, from back when MTB graphics were loud, a little weird and a lot of fun. We dug him out of the archive and gave him a new job: keeping an eye on your jacket.

Cactus patch. The cactus grew on the Cinelli Vamos too, in an era when MTB graphics didn't take themselves too seriously. Low maintenance, hard to kill and a bit prickly: honestly, the perfect mascot for a workwear jacket.

Columbus dove patch. The dove is the Columbus logo, the mark of the tubing that goes into our Made in Italy bikes. Cinelli and Columbus have shared a factory floor in Milan for years, so putting the dove on a Cinelli mechanic's jacket is basically a family photo.
