How factory assembly works

Our mechanics assemble and check your bike at the Cinelli factory, so it's ready to ride when you collect it.

  1. Order your bike with factory assembly and choose Pickup at checkout.
  2. We assemble and test your bike at our factory in Caleppio (MI).
  3. When your bike is ready, we'll send you a separate email to schedule your pickup.
  4. Collect your bike at our factory in Caleppio (MI).

Good to know

  • Your warranty stays fully valid: the bike is assembled by Cinelli.
  • Pickup includes a tour of the factory and a Cinelli T-shirt.
  • Components can't be changed once your bike has been assembled, so please check your build before ordering.

Radically overhauled, the Nemo Gravel represents our most intensely hybridized and extreme adventure gravel bike ever, entirely handcrafted by Cinelli’s internal framebuilder in its Milanese HQ using custom drawn triple butted tube drawn by its sister company Columbus, less than 100 metres from the framebuilding workshop. Continuously refined over a one year period of testing by riders including former UCI World Champions, NYC courier legends, professional snowboarders and many other athletes pushing to redefine the limits of what gravel cycling can be, the Nemo Gravel is characterized above all by its completely redesigned geometry, 700 x 47mm tyre clearance and the use of the Hi-Ride Sterra fork with 20mm of true hydraulic travel. Together these features work to create a bike that is ready to tackle the world’s most extreme gravel competitions and adventures.

  • Bikes picked up at the Cinelli factory in Milan are assembled in-house at no additional charge, and pickup customers also receive a guided factory tour and an exclusive Cinelli t-shirt.
  • Free shipping on eligible orders over €200 / $200 (EU & US - includes apparel, accessories, racewear, and bar tapes).
  • Orders shipped outside the EU: customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are the customer's responsibility and are payable on delivery.
  • Shipments refused due to unpaid duties: return shipping, carrier clearance fees, and any duties incurred will be deducted from the refund. If these costs equal or exceed the order value, no refund is issued.

What is my size?

If you are unsure about your size, please refer to the frame specs on the product page or contact us here. Include your height and inseam measurements, or a biomechanical data sheet. Our customer service team will help you choose the right size.

Can I buy just the frameset?

You can buy the frameset alone for the following models: Tutto Mini, Hobootleg Geo, Hobootleg Easy Travel, Aeroscoop, King Zydeco II, Pressure II, Speciale Gravel, Pressure ADR, Speciale Corsa XCR, Nemo Road, Supercorsa, Supercorsa Pista, Vigorelli.

What bikes are made in Italy?

Can I change the assembly components?

You can change stem length and handlebar width. For mechanical parts such as cassettes, cranksets, chainrings, or wheels, you may upgrade with third-party components after purchase. Before buying upgrades, we recommend referencing our Cinelli component mapping tool or contacting us for a compatibility check, and having an official dealer handle the assembly.

How can I activate my warranty?

The warranty is automatically activated after payment. Fill out the warranty card included in your bike box and keep your receipt. You can also submit the warranty card and receipt via the Contact Us form, and we will archive them for you.
