Beyond its primary function as a performance gravel bike, the Zydeco can quickly morph into a bike-packing vehicle or fast all-weather urban commuter thanks to its exhaustive system of rivets.

Bikes picked up at the Cinelli factory in Milan are assembled in-house at no additional charge, and pickup customers also receive a guided factory tour and an exclusive Cinelli t-shirt.
